The comparisons of responses to pentobarbital by pellet implantation method with respect to cumulative mortality, narcosis and tolerance development on five strains (ICR, ddY, ddN, C57BL, and C3H) of mice were studied. C3H mice showed most susceptible and sensitive to pentobarbital among the five strains of mice tested. ICR mice were most resistant to the treatment. It appears that the effects of genetic variation could be of importance for future studies in gaining insight of the mechanism of barbiturate tolerance.
通过颗粒植入法,研究了五株小鼠(ICR、ddY、ddN、C57BL和C3H)对戊巴比妥的反应,包括累积死亡率、麻醉作用和耐受性发展。在测试的五株小鼠中,C3H小鼠对戊巴比妥最为敏感。ICR小鼠对该处理最具抗性。看来遗传变异的影响对于未来深入了解巴比妥类耐受性机制的研究可能具有重要意义。
