[Venous hemangioma of the parotid in adults].

Venous malformation in the parotid region are rare lesions and may fail to be recognized. Their diagnosis is simple, however, and is suggested by clinical findings and confirmed by phlebography. Surgery is the treatment of choice but is always technically extremely difficult. However, excellent results are obtained even after incomplete excision.
