[Female pseudohermaphroditism with double urethra and clitoral hypertrophy].

A rare case of female pseudohermaphroditism with clitoral hypertrophy, phallic and vaginal urethra, abnormal vaginal introitus and infravesical obstruction of the urinary tract is reported.
