Abstract
An 8-year-old Taiwanese girl presenting with generalized petechial hemorrhages, severe thrombocytopenia and lymphadenopathy was found to have primary Kaposi's sarcoma of lymph node without cutaneous involvement. This patient is a first-documented case of lymphadenopathic type of Kaposi's sarcoma in Taiwan. The associated severe thrombocytopenia resulting in generalized petechial hemorrhages as the initial manifestation is also unique in this case.
摘要
一名8岁台湾女童出现全身性瘀点出血、严重血小板减少和淋巴结病，被发现患有原发性淋巴结卡波西肉瘤，无皮肤受累。该患者是台湾首例有文献记载的淋巴结病型卡波西肉瘤病例。在该病例中，相关的严重血小板减少导致全身性瘀点出血作为初始表现也很独特。
