Abstract
Argon laser photocoagulation has become the treatment of choice for vascular cutaneous lesions of the head and neck. In children under age 12 years the results have been poor in more than 50% of cases. This is the result of limited response and increased risk of hypertrophic scarring. Except for infants with complications of capillary hemangiomas of infancy we would not recommend argon laser treatment in children under the age of 12.
摘要
氩激光光凝术已成为头颈部皮肤血管性病变的首选治疗方法。在12岁以下的儿童中，超过50%的病例治疗效果不佳。这是由于反应有限以及肥厚性瘢痕形成风险增加所致。除患有婴儿期毛细血管瘤并发症的婴儿外，我们不建议对12岁以下的儿童进行氩激光治疗。
