This paper reports on the result of central bone chip bolting in the treatment of pseudarthrosis of the cuneonavicular joint, using an autologous bone chip according to the method evolved by Wilhelm and Sperling. The surgical procedure and postoperative course are described in detail, as well as the findings of a followup check effected two years later.
