A case report of a short ductus choledochus terminating in the bulbus duoden is presented. The patient suffered from recurrent gastric and duodenal ulcers. Peroral retrograde endoscopic choledochyography visualized this rare anomaly of the biliary system. Therapeutical and aetiological relationships between this anomaly and the ulcers are discussed.
本文报告一例胆总管短且止于十二指肠球部的病例。该患者患有复发性胃和十二指肠溃疡。经口逆行内镜胆管造影显示了这种罕见的胆道系统异常。讨论了这种异常与溃疡之间的治疗和病因关系。
