Abstract

Masked depression in the hospitalized child is precipitated by maternal separation and anxiety aggravated by environmental, somatic, and existing personality factors. Age, stage of ego development, and comprehension are important influences. Psychiatrically oriented as well as somatically indicated therapy is essential for a favorable outcome. Parents require supportive consideration also.

摘要

住院儿童的隐匿性抑郁症是由母婴分离引发的，而环境、躯体及现有人格因素会加重焦虑。年龄、自我发展阶段和理解能力是重要影响因素。以精神科为导向以及躯体治疗指征明确的疗法对于取得良好疗效至关重要。对父母也需要给予支持性关怀。
