The need for fetoscopy in prenatal diagnosis has been established and its value has been demonstrated. The number of cases for which this fetoscopy is necessary remains small. The less traumatic ultra-sound diagnosis more and more competes with endofetoscopic inspection. The fetoscopy is necessary for fetal tissue biopsy and fetal blood sampling. Progress in intra-uterine treatment can be expected.
胎儿镜在产前诊断中的必要性已经确立，其价值也已得到证明。需要进行这种胎儿镜检查的病例数量仍然很少。创伤较小的超声诊断越来越多地与胎儿内镜检查相竞争。胎儿镜对于胎儿组织活检和胎儿采血是必要的。有望在宫内治疗方面取得进展。
