The number of the DNA-synthesizing nuclei in the connective tissue cells of the auricle and the auricula atril rose from the 1st to the 15th day after the experimental induction of left ventricular infarction in rats. In the myocytes of the auricula atril the amount of the labeled nuclei peaked on the 5th day, and that of mitoses--on the 7th day. In myocytes of the auricle the number of the nuclei incorporating 3H-thymidine was insignificant and only occasional abnormal mitoses were observed. In the rat hearts with healed infarctions the amount of polyploid nuclei was increased both in the myocytes of the auricle and of the auricula atrii.
大鼠左心室梗死实验诱导后第1天至第15天,耳廓和右心耳结缔组织细胞中DNA合成细胞核的数量增加。右心耳心肌细胞中标记细胞核的数量在第5天达到峰值,有丝分裂数量在第7天达到峰值。在耳廓心肌细胞中,掺入3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷的细胞核数量极少,仅偶尔观察到异常有丝分裂。在梗死已愈合的大鼠心脏中,耳廓和右心耳心肌细胞中的多倍体细胞核数量均增加。
