外阴融合——尿路梗阻的罕见原因。

A case of urinary obstruction caused by vulvar fusion in an adult is reported. Anterograde micturition-urethrocystography revealed reflux of urine in the vagina and cavum uteri. Treatment consisted of sharp separation of the labia. Ointment dressing was applied to prevent reagglutination. After 1 year the patient has no urological complaints.

报道了一例成人外阴融合导致尿路梗阻的病例。顺行排尿尿道膀胱造影显示尿液反流至阴道和子宫腔。治疗包括锐性分离阴唇。应用软膏敷料以防止再次粘连。1年后患者无泌尿系统不适主诉。
