Ifosfamide, in combination with other cytostatics, was given to 15 patients with advanced neoplasia derived from bone marrow cells. A response to therapy was obtained in 8 patients. It is suggested that ifosfamide, in combination with other drugs, deserves larger trials in the treatment of advanced bone marrow neoplasia.
异环磷酰胺与其他细胞抑制剂联合应用于15例源自骨髓细胞的晚期肿瘤患者。8例患者对治疗有反应。提示异环磷酰胺与其他药物联合应用值得在晚期骨髓肿瘤治疗中进行更大规模的试验。
