Pharmacists voice their concern over patient package inserts.

The annual meetings of the America Pharmaceutical Association and the American Society of Hospital Pharmacists are a time for discussion of issues that currently affect the profession. Two major issues discussed at this year's meetings were the distribution of patient package inserts and the increased numbers of pharmacists graduating from college each year. This report highlights discussion about these two issues and presents excerpts from the inaugural addresses of the incoming presidents.
