[The effect of prostaglandin F-2 alpha and indomethacin on the longitudinal musculature of the human oviduct].

The musculature of the isthmic and ampullar segment of the human oviduct reacts to Prostaglandin F-2 alpha by the increased tonus. The tonus increased was more pronounced in the musculature of the gravid oviduct. Prostaglandin F-2 alpha in the presence of Indomethacin products a significantly lower tonus increase of the musculature of the isthmic and ampullar segment of the non-gravid human oviduct than is the case when applied alone.
