Four cases of metastases to the larynx are reported and 43 similarly reported in the literature are reviewed. Most were metastases from hypernephromas or melanomas, producing supraglottic soft tissue tumours. Metastases from bronchial and mammary carcinomas in most cases are "bone metastases" within the laryngeal skeleton. Metastases in the larynx from all other malignancies are extremely rare. The clinical picture is variable and can cause considerable diagnostic difficulty especially in laryngeal skeletal metastases. Solitary metastases can be successfully treated by surgery and irradiation.
本文报告了4例喉转移瘤病例，并对文献中另外43例类似报告进行了综述。大多数为来自肾细胞癌或黑色素瘤的转移瘤，表现为声门上软组织肿瘤。支气管癌和乳腺癌的转移瘤在大多数情况下是喉骨内的“骨转移瘤”。来自所有其他恶性肿瘤的喉转移瘤极为罕见。临床表现多样，尤其是在喉骨转移瘤中，可能会造成相当大的诊断困难。孤立性转移瘤可通过手术和放疗成功治疗。
