Abstract

Alternating skew deviation has been described in patients with pretectum and mesodiencephalon lesions. Total external ophthalmoplegia has been reported in patients consequent to oral or intravenous administration of diphenylhydantoin and amitriptyline. This case report presents a patient with alternating skew deviation as a result of Mandrax ingestion.

中脑顶盖和中脑病变患者中曾有交替性斜视偏差的描述。苯妥英钠和阿米替林经口服或静脉给药后，患者出现完全性眼外肌麻痹的情况已有报道。本病例报告介绍了一名因服用眠尔通而出现交替性斜视偏差的患者。
