Abstract

A study was made of changes of exitability of the H-reflex m. solei under electrical stimulation of the labyrinth in hemiparetic patients with focal ischaemic lesion of the brain. In contrast to healthy persons, the potentiating effect of electrical stimulation of the labyrinth has a longer latency, a clearly lower amplitude and is protracted in time (we may say that the facilitating or potentiating effects are not well synchronized). The results are being interpreted on the basis of our research material and literary data obtained for the most part on experimental animals.

对患有局灶性脑缺血性病变的偏瘫患者,在对其迷路进行电刺激时,研究了比目鱼肌H反射兴奋性的变化。与健康人相比,迷路电刺激的增强效应潜伏期更长、幅度明显更低且持续时间更长(可以说促进或增强效应同步性不佳)。我们根据研究材料以及大部分从实验动物获得的文献数据对这些结果进行了解释。
