Abstract
On the basis of clinical observations and literature data the author made a conclusion concerning the development of disseminated necrosis in the abdominal organs following massive profuse gastroduodenal hemorrhages. The earlier idea of the toxic effect of the blood collected in the intestine has neither clinical nor experimental support.

基于临床观察和文献资料，作者就大量胃十二指肠大出血后腹部器官弥漫性坏死的发展得出了结论。关于肠道内积血的毒性作用这一早期观点，既没有临床依据，也没有实验依据。
