A new surgical technique for post-prostatectomy incontinence is described. A simple surgical procedure was developed using a tube from a bladder flap and was applied successfully to 4 patients. Of the 4 patients 3 with total incontinence as a result of different surgical procedures on the prostate were cured and 1 was improved.
