[Surgical treatment of lip precanceroses and neoplasms].

The "plastic" aspect of surgery in precancer and cancer of the lips, and, where feasible, its advantage over radiotherapy are described. The techniques of vermillectomy, Abbé flaps and Estlander flaps are discussed.
