Abstract

In this review of the examination of the foot and ankle in the cerebral palsy patient, we attempt to identify the findings important in orthopaedic decision making. This discussion is based upon personal experience of the authors and review of the literature. We stress the need for careful examination and observation in these often confusing patients.
