Main energy substrates of brain--glucose and glycogen, key enzymes of their conversion--hexokinase, amylase and phosphorylase as well as main pathways of the carbohydrate utilization--respiration, glycolysis and pentosephosphate pathway were studied in rat brain at various phases of cooling. Phase alterations of metabolic reactions were observed in hypothermia. The hypothermia was accompanied by quantitative and qualitative alterations in relations between main metabolic pathways.
研究了大鼠脑在冷却不同阶段的主要能量底物——葡萄糖和糖原、它们转化的关键酶——己糖激酶、淀粉酶和磷酸化酶以及碳水化合物利用的主要途径——呼吸、糖酵解和磷酸戊糖途径。在体温过低时观察到代谢反应的阶段性变化。体温过低伴随着主要代谢途径之间关系的定量和定性变化。
