The state of an elevated delayed sensitivity was produced in dogs through intramuscular introduction of the human blood serum. Later on lymphocytes were isolated from the peripheral blood of the animals which were then tested by using a blast-transformation reaction and with reference to the lymphocite cytotoxicity. The ration containing an excess amount of protein was found to lower the activity of the lymphoid sensitized cells in the delayed type allergy during the said reactions.
通过肌肉注射人血清在狗身上诱发迟发型超敏反应状态。随后从动物外周血中分离淋巴细胞，然后通过增殖转化反应和淋巴细胞细胞毒性进行检测。发现含有过量蛋白质的日粮会降低上述反应中迟发型变态反应中淋巴致敏细胞的活性。
