The authors made an analysis of the treatment of 112 patients aged over 60 with occlusive lesions of the aorta and main arteries. Unilateral reconstructions were performed in 92 patients with lesions of the aorto-iliac segment, as less traumatic operations with involvement in the blood flow of deep femoral artery with femoro-popliteal occlusions. Total postoperative lethality was 9,8%.
作者对112例60岁以上患有主动脉和主要动脉闭塞性病变的患者的治疗情况进行了分析。92例患有主-髂段病变的患者接受了单侧血管重建手术，该手术创伤较小，且在股-腘动脉闭塞时可使股深动脉参与血流供应。术后总死亡率为9.8%。
