Report on an endocarditis parietalis fibroplastica Löffler in a 54-year-old male. Discussion of the localisation, pathologico-morphologic findings as well as of the differential diagnosis and the therapy. Particular reference to the ten-year course of the disease, which possibly is the success of the treatment.
