Abstract
Report on the rupture of an arteriosclerotic aneurysm of the thoracic aorta in the left lung with perforation into the bronchial tree in a 78-year-old woman. Localization pathological and morphological findings as well as the possibilities of diagnosis and treatment are discussed.
