A case of corneal tattoo was studied histologically, and by electron microscopy. Most of the electron dense granules were seen in keratocytes, either singly or in clumps; some were found between collagen fibrils. Platinum was localized in the granules by means of x-ray microanalysis.
对一例角膜纹身进行了组织学和电子显微镜研究。在角膜细胞中可见到大部分电子致密颗粒，单个或成簇存在；有些则位于胶原纤维之间。通过X射线微量分析确定铂存在于这些颗粒中。
