Abstract
We report on the gastroscopic findings in a patient with systemic mastocytosis. It should be noted that the presence of "urticaria-like" lesions in the gastric mucosa is the most characteristic endoscopic picture in this rare disease.

我们报告了一例系统性肥大细胞增多症患者的胃镜检查结果。需要注意的是，胃黏膜中出现“荨麻疹样”病变是这种罕见疾病最具特征性的内镜表现。
