[Relation between various cytological parameters of cultured irradiated thymus cells].

Bat thymocytes were incubated in a medium with isologous serum. During the first hours following gamma-irradiation alongside with the nuclear pyknosis a dose-dependent decrease in the ability of formation of rosettes with autologous erythrocytes and inhibition of mitotic activity were noted. A conclusion is made of a possible relationship between postirradiation disturbances of membranes and thymocyte nuclei.
