[Electroencephalographic studies in children and adolescents with cerebral vegetative disorders].

The results of an echoencephalographic study of 403 children and adolescents aged 8 to 20 years, suffering from different vegetative disorders are presented. On the average, 49% of the patients examined showed a statistically significant dilatation of ventricle III of the brain. Echoencephalography is demonstrated to be a valuable method in the diagnosis of cerebral vegetative impairments in children and adolescents.
