The drip infusion of micronomicin (MCR) in the field of surgery and gynecology was investigated. MCR was administered by drip infusion to 73 cases of surgical diseases and 31 cases of gynecological diseases. The clinical effective rate of MCR alone was 68% in all cases and that of MCR combined with other antibiotics was 89%. No remarkable side effect of drip infusion of MCR was found in all cases. Drip infusion of MCR was found to be as effective and safe as intramuscular injection of the antibiotic.
对外科和妇科领域中微生物素（MCR）的静脉滴注进行了研究。对73例外科疾病患者和31例妇科疾病患者进行了MCR静脉滴注。所有病例中单独使用MCR的临床有效率为68%，MCR与其他抗生素联合使用的有效率为89%。所有病例中均未发现MCR静脉滴注有明显副作用。发现MCR静脉滴注与该抗生素肌肉注射一样有效且安全。
