The colon was cut through across in 32 dogs without essential preparation. The recombination of the ends was carried out by a single-row stitched suture. This one was covered with an autologous strip of parietal peritoneum and fascia which was stuck by histoacryl-N-blue. The results were good after practising this technique.
在32只犬中，未进行必要准备就直接横断结肠。两端的吻合采用单排缝合。吻合处覆盖一块用组织黏合剂（histoacryl-N-blue）固定的自体壁层腹膜和筋膜条。应用该技术后效果良好。
