[Securing anastomosis of the large intestine with glued autologous tissue].

The colon was cut through across in 32 dogs without essential preparation. The recombination of the ends was carried out by a single-row stitched suture. This one was covered with an autologous strip of parietal peritoneum and fascia which was stuck by histoacryl-N-blue. The results were good after practising this technique.
