35 patients, of them 10 with aortic stenosis, 7 with idiopathic hypertrophic subaortic stenosis, 6 with asymmetric septal hypertrophy, and 12 with systemic hypertension were examined with the aim of a pathophysiological differentiation of various hypertrophic cardiopathies. The authors' own ECE digital echocardiographic system was used. The results attest to an abnormal diastolic function in hypertrophic cardiopathies. At the same time, the diastolic compliance is less affected in symmetric cardiopathies, even in their more advanced clinical stage, than in asymmetric ones.
对35例患者进行了检查，其中10例患有主动脉瓣狭窄，7例患有特发性肥厚性主动脉瓣下狭窄，6例患有不对称性室间隔肥厚，12例患有系统性高血压，目的是对各种肥厚性心肌病进行病理生理鉴别。使用了作者自己的ECE数字超声心动图系统。结果证明肥厚性心肌病存在舒张功能异常。同时，对称性心肌病即使在临床进展期，其舒张顺应性受影响程度也小于非对称性心肌病。
