When heated to 45 degrees C for 20 min Ehrlich ascites tumor and NK-lymphoma cells are irreversibly damaged, so that they lose transplantability. The presence of 7-8% glycerol during heat treatment protects EAT cells completely and NK-lymphoma cells partly against this injury.

当加热至45摄氏度持续20分钟时，艾氏腹水瘤细胞和NK淋巴瘤细胞会受到不可逆的损伤，从而失去移植能力。热处理期间7-8%甘油的存在可完全保护艾氏腹水瘤细胞，并部分保护NK淋巴瘤细胞免受这种损伤。
