A case of extensive basal cell carcinoma of the scalp, skull and meninges is presented. A large free tissue transfer was required for reconstruction, including the adjacent skin territories of the transverse scapular, parascapular, latissimus dorsi and lateral thoracic flaps. The entire flap was transferred without necrosis.
本文报告一例头皮、颅骨和脑膜广泛性基底细胞癌病例。重建需要进行大面积游离组织移植，包括肩胛横动脉皮瓣、肩胛旁皮瓣、背阔肌皮瓣和胸外侧皮瓣的邻近皮肤区域。整个皮瓣移植后未发生坏死。
