The medial approach to the hip is commonly used for open reduction of a congenitally dislocated hip, and cases of avascular necrosis have been reported following this operation. This approach has also been used for iliopsoas releases, but the complication of avascular necrosis has not been previously reported for this particular procedure. We present a case of bilateral avascular necrosis following bilateral iliopsoas releases in a patient with cerebral palsy. The likely etiology for the avascular necrosis of the hip was disruption of the medial femoral circumflex artery.
髋关节内侧入路常用于先天性髋关节脱位的切开复位，且有该手术后发生股骨头缺血性坏死的病例报道。此入路也用于髂腰肌松解，但此前尚未有关于这一特定手术发生股骨头缺血性坏死并发症的报道。我们报告1例脑瘫患者双侧髂腰肌松解术后发生双侧股骨头缺血性坏死的病例。髋关节缺血性坏死可能的病因是旋股内侧动脉损伤。
