Abstract
In a case of "conjoined" nerve roots with herniated nucleus pulposus, the computed tomographic findings were inconclusive, if not misleading. Myelography alone was also not definitive. Correlation of these two studies allowed a successful surgical approach.

在一例伴有髓核突出的“连体”神经根病例中，计算机断层扫描结果即使没有误导性，也是不确定的。仅脊髓造影也不具有决定性。这两项检查结果相互关联，才得以成功实施手术。
