In the medical literature we found published four cases of irradiation induced chondrosarcoma of the scapula. We present a fifth one and report about a 63 year old female patient. She underwent a left radical mastectomy for breast cancer. Pre- and postoperatively a local irradiation of 140,00 Gy was applied. After a disease free interval of 18 years a large tumor in the left scapula was histologically confirmed as a chondrosarcoma. All criterias of Cahan for an irradiation induced sarcoma are fulfilled.
在医学文献中，我们发现已发表了4例辐射诱发的肩胛骨软骨肉瘤病例。我们现报告第5例，是一名63岁的女性患者。她因乳腺癌接受了左侧根治性乳房切除术。术前和术后均进行了140.0 Gy的局部放疗。在无病间隔18年后，左侧肩胛骨处的一个大肿瘤经组织学确诊为软骨肉瘤。符合卡汉关于辐射诱发肉瘤的所有标准。
