Abstract
Animal experiments have suggested that Puchel, a lipophilic derivative of DTPA may be of use in removing plutonium from humans after an accidental intake. This study reports toxicological findings in mice. After the administration of Puchel, as single or repeated doses of the pentasodium salt, an LD50/ld value of 530 +/- 44 mg kg-1 was obtained.

动物实验表明，二乙三胺五乙酸（DTPA）的亲脂性衍生物普切尔（Puchel）在意外摄入后可能有助于清除人体中的钚。本研究报告了小鼠的毒理学研究结果。给予普切尔五钠盐单次或重复剂量后，测得半数致死剂量（LD50）/半数致死浓度（ld）值为530±44毫克/千克。
