Abstract

Headaches for a short period after metrizamide myelography are common. It is unusual for these headaches to persist beyond four days. The case of a patient whose headache dated from the time of myelography and in whom an intracranial subdural haematoma developed after myelography is presented, to draw attention to this rare complication.

甲泛葡胺脊髓造影术后短期内出现头痛很常见。这些头痛持续超过四天并不常见。本文介绍了一例患者，其头痛自脊髓造影时开始，脊髓造影后发生了颅内硬膜下血肿，以引起对这种罕见并发症的关注。
