[Echotomography in hepatic echinococcosis. Usefulness of the study, especially in preoperative evaluation].

Personal experience of echotomography in 7 cases of hepatic echinococcosic cysts in the first quarter of 1982 in presented. The echotomographic problems of differential diagnosis (especially with congenital cysts) are described for each case, and the information required by the surgeon to facilitate exeresis is emphasised.
