The Même implant.

Eighty-one patients have had breast augmentation with the Même implant since November of 1981. All breasts remain free of spherical capsules or palpable edges. The reason for these good results is still unknown. Although it is too early to determine whether the problem of capsules has been conquered, the results thus far are encouraging.
