Abstract
An analysis of age-specific and age-adjusted incidence of malignant neoplasms of female genital organs in the German Democratic Republic between 1964 and 1977 shows: Due to screening activities, incidence of cervical cancer has decreased. The risk of endometrial cancer slowly increases. Incidence of ovarian cancer remains constant. The quality of gynaecologic oncologic care has improved.

对1964年至1977年间德意志民主共和国女性生殖器官恶性肿瘤的年龄别发病率和年龄调整发病率的分析显示：由于筛查活动，宫颈癌的发病率有所下降。子宫内膜癌的风险缓慢上升。卵巢癌的发病率保持稳定。妇科肿瘤护理的质量有所提高。
