Using the spectrofluorimetric technique, histamine levels in the cerebrospinal fluid were studied in 26 patients, including 22 with impaired cerebral circulation. Correlations were established between the concentration of histamine in the cerebrospinal fluid, the underlying illness, the localization of the impairment focus and the severity of the disease course. The results obtained suggest that histamine, along with other neurohumoral factors, is involved in the system of the pathophysiological mechanisms determining the development and the course of cerebrovascular diseases.
采用荧光分光光度技术,对26例患者的脑脊液组胺水平进行了研究,其中包括22例脑循环障碍患者。建立了脑脊液中组胺浓度、基础疾病、损伤灶定位与病程严重程度之间的相关性。所得结果表明,组胺与其他神经体液因子一起,参与了决定脑血管疾病发生发展和病程的病理生理机制系统。
