[An additional case of plasma cell granuloma of the lung in a child].

Development of plasma-cell granuloma in the right lung of a 2 1/2-year-old girl is described including complaints, etiology and histology. Usual discovery, difficulties of preoperative diagnosis and course of this benign disease are discussed.
