In this report the case history of three patients with superficial, non-inflammatory purpura is described. In all patients the purpura demonstrated partially reticular, partially racemose configuration. Signs of disseminated intravascular coagulation were detected in two patients. One patient developed disseminated intravascular coagulation caused by an overwhelming postsplenectomy infection. Nosological position, pathogenesis and differential diagnosis of this kind of purpura are discussed.
本报告描述了3例浅表性非炎症性紫癜患者的病史。所有患者的紫癜均呈现出部分为网状、部分为总状的形态。在2例患者中检测到弥散性血管内凝血的迹象。1例患者因脾切除术后严重感染引发了弥散性血管内凝血。本文还讨论了此类紫癜的疾病分类、发病机制及鉴别诊断。
