Abstract
Extravasal compression of the external iliac vein was found in 110 out of 604 investigated patients with lower-limb varicosis. A method of external iliac vein decompression is proposed that eliminates partial occlusion of deep veins and restores disrupted hemodynamics.

在604例接受调查的下肢静脉曲张患者中，有110例发现存在髂外静脉的血管外压迫。本文提出了一种髂外静脉减压方法，该方法可消除深静脉的部分阻塞并恢复受损的血流动力学。
