Results of chiloplasty by the method of Hagedorn-Barsky modified and improved by the authors for the correction of an associated deformity of the nose used in 89 children and followed during the period of from 1 year to 15 years and longer are described. Good and excellent results were obtained in 55 children, satisfactory--in 34 patients.
