Abstract
Hamartoma of the retinal pigment epithelium is an uncommon tumour of young adults. We have seen 2 patients with this clinical diagnosis, both with unusual manifestations. In one patient growth of the tumour was observed over a 5-year period. In the second patient arterial-arterial anastomoses were detected at a site distal to the tumour.

视网膜色素上皮错构瘤是一种在年轻人中较为罕见的肿瘤。我们见过2例有此临床诊断的患者，二者均有不同寻常的表现。其中1例患者在5年期间观察到肿瘤生长。在第2例患者中，在肿瘤远端部位检测到动脉-动脉吻合。
