An autopsy case of a 46-year-old woman who developed right ovarian clear cell carcinoma 14 years after radiation treatment for uterine cervical cancer, is reported. The pathological characteristics of the clear cell carcinoma were solid, tubulo-cystic and papillary structures of clear, granular eosinophilic, hobnail , and vacuolated cells. A Review of the literature on ovarian clear cell carcinoma and multiple cancers is also presented.
报告了一例46岁女性尸检病例，该患者在宫颈癌放疗14年后发生右卵巢透明细胞癌。透明细胞癌的病理特征为实性、管状囊性和乳头状结构，由透明、颗粒状嗜酸性、鞋钉样和空泡状细胞组成。本文还对卵巢透明细胞癌和多种癌症的文献进行了综述。
